Sourcing the perfect equipment for your situation
We can source a number of new or reconditioned pumps, from rotary vane or scroll pump to turbopump or full pumping turbo station. Working with major suppliers, including Atlas Copco, Edwards, Pfeiffer and Leybold, we’ll find first rate equipment that meets the latest specification and suits your specific needs.
PROUD TO PARTNER WITH:
OIL SEALED VACUUM PUMPS
Atlas Copco GVD-40-275 Series Rotary Vane Pumps
Renowned for its high ultimate vacuum, rapid pumping speeds, quiet operation and ability to handle water vapour.
Atlas Copco GVS 16-630 A Series Rotary Vane Pumps
Ideal for critical applications in packaging, woodworking, rubber, plastics, electronics, paper and printing, material
handling, and other exacting industries.
Atlas Copco GLS 250-500 Series Rotary Piston Pumps
Sets the standard for performance and reliability as the industry’s most efficient, space-saving rotary piston pump.
Atlas Copco GVD GVD 0.7-28 Series Rotary Vane Pumps
Excellent ultimate vacuum pressure, high pumping speeds and superior vapor handling capabilities with quiet operation
OIL-FREE VACUUM PUMPS
HiScroll Oil-free Vacuum Pumps
The HiScroll series consists of three dry scroll pumps with a nominal pumping speed of 6 – 20 m³/h. These extremely quiet, efficient,
oil-free pumps will reduce your carbon footprint.
ACP 15 / 28 / 40 / 90 Multi-stage Roots Pumps
The multi-stage Roots pump technology of the ACP series meets the requirements of applications where clean and dry vacuum is needed. No particle contamination, high reliability and constant performance.
VACUUM BOOSTER PUMPS
Atlas Copco DRB VSD+ and DRB Booster Pumps
Booster vacuum pumps are typically used to lower the ultimate vacuum level or to boost a system’s pumping speed. Although booster pumps have many uses, they are most frequently employed in the rough vacuum range, particularly when low pressures and rapid pumping rates are needed.
Atlas Copco ZRS 250-4200 Series Booster Pumps
When high pumping speeds are needed for pressures between 0.01 and 50 mbar, the ZRS mechanical booster pumps are the go-to pump. A backup pump that can deliver against a high pressure differential to atmospheric pressure must always used with this pump.
TURBOPUMPS & PUMPING STATIONS
Pfeiffer Turbopumps
The best option available for your high vacuum applications. A turbopump’s compression ratio and pumping speed are its two primary features. The pump’s capacity to remove volumetric flow—whether it be a steady gas flow or only the chamber volume—is indicated by the pumping speed. The pump’s ability to work together with the roughing pump to keep molecules out of the vacuum chamber is measured by its compression ratio. The type of gas determines both of these properties.
Pfeiffer HiCube™ Modular Pumping Stations
HiCube™ turbopumping stations are defined by their modular design. Turbopumps and backing pumps can be independently selected. This makes it possible to configure pumping stations which are adapted to all high and ultra-high vacuum requirements. The robust workmanship and the ready-to connect, fully automated pump unit guarantee maximum reliability.
In the pumping station, the backup pump and the turbopump function as a single unit. The pumping unit automatically lowers the backing pump’s output when there is no gas load on the vacuum side in order to save as much energy as possible.
The products featured showcase a small range of Vacuum Pumps that we supply. As a partner to Atlas Copco, Pfeiffer and Edwards, we can source a wide range of products. For more details on what’s available and what will be suitable for your needs, please get in touch.
